Automatic hydraulic bale cutting machine particularly suitable to cut rubber bale (raw or similar) of any length.
The machine has a cutting section of 750mm and a cutting height of 300mm.
The PumaCut300 standard is supplied with:
- conveyor belt for machine feeding (1,5 meter long)
- inclined table in stainless steel to discharge the material
- oleo-dynamic circuit with BOSCH electro-valves integrated in the basement
- over-center safety valve directly mounted on the hydraulic ram
- blade and counter-blade in special hardened steel
- cut power: about 14 tons
- protections with doors to help the maintenance operations
- digital timer to set the cutting length
- pneumatic device to keep steady the rubber during the cut
PumaCut600
Manual hydraulic bale cutting machine particularly suitable to cut rubber bale (raw or similar) of any length.
The machine has a cutting section of 750mm and a cutting height of 600mm.
The PumaCut600 is supplied with:
- oleo-dynamic circuit with BOSCH electro-valves
- two levers, mounted directly on oleo-dynamic distributor, command the blade movement
- a third lever command the movement of a oleo-dynamic pusher to feed the machine
- over-center safety valve directly mounted on the hydraulic ram
- blade and counter-blade in special steel
- cut power: about 12 tons
- protections with doors to help the maintenance operations
PumaCut20
Automatic hydraulic strips cutting machine particularly suitable to cut rubber strips (raw or similar) of any length.
The machine has a cutting section of 800mm and a cutting height of 20mm.
The PumaCut20 is supplied with:
- conveyor belt for machine feeding
- inclined table in stainless steel to discharge the material
- oleo-dynamic circuit with BOSCH electro-valves integrated in the basement
- blade and counter-balde in special steel
- cut power: about 10 tons
- protections with doors to help the maintenance operations
PumaStrip570
It's a longitudinal automatic strips cutting machine able to cut strips of raw rubber or similar.
This machine is particularly suitable to produce strips to feed injection press.
It uses rotating blades in special hardened steel appropriately shaped and manufactured.
