Dusting machine with clean environment

PumaTalc is a machine able to dust a rubber sheet in a continuous and homogeneous way.
To avoid that the dust go out from inside, the machine is be conceived to work in under pressure mode with a double rooms system and a aspirator filter, this assure the environment cleaning.
The filter is easily extractable to allow a simple and fast maintenance, and it's besides self-cleaning with a pneumatic system.
From the back-dust tank, the movement of the dust is carried out with a high speed turbine through flexible pipes (with smooth internal surface to avoid that the dust stay blocked inside).
It's not necessary external feeding of dust, because the dust flow inside the machine in continuous mode by means of a agitator made in stainless steel.
The quantity of dust to put down on the rubber is uniform and can be adjusted by means of a potentiometer.

The PumaTalc frame is fully made in stainless steel.
The internal of the machine is easily approach by means of doors and lateral panel.
The opening/closing of the cover (that is provided of security micro-switch) is helped by two lateral gas pistons.
PumaTalc is provided with an inlet roll and an outlet roll to help the material advancement.
